Work on your goal with a coach that specifically knows you, your situation and objectives. You can choose of several workouts like full body fitness, HIIT, pilates and boxing. With multiple 45-minute workouts in the morning, afternoon and evening, it's easy to fit it in your busy schedule.

Meet each week with your personal nutrition coach, who coaches with empathy, instead of punishment. We understand reality, especially in Brussels. Get nutrition plans that you can finally stick to where you work with Brussels' environment instead of letting it work against you. 

How to start going to the gym

Accountability coach

If by Monday and Tuesday you didn't show up to the gym, expect a call by Wednesday. If you know someone is holding you accountable to show up, you'll stay consistent. And if you stay consistent, sports become a habit! And your goals will feel easy
